I am currently working for a Tier 1 investment bank as software engineer in London. It is easy to be a developer as long as your technical skill is good. However, if you want to progress your career to next level, you need to be professional in both technical and communication skills. Because English is not my first language, it is hard for me to progress to such level. Charlie is the one who has helped me to progress my career. In the first lesson, he quickly identified my weakness and designed a series of useful lessons for me. He suggested books that suit my level. We also focus on soft/life skill whenever I require. I highly recommended Daniel as an excellent tutor to my friends, he is indeed a rare great tutor. My daughter is so lucky to be tutored by Daniel. He is very patient and has tremendous teaching methods in class. He knows how to activate beginner’s interest and attention, and how to use games and storytelling to enhance beginner’s interest. Dan is very conscientious about preparing for every class, and his lessons are full of fun. Additionally, he has strong bilingual language ability in Chinese. When my daughter has difficulty in English, Dan can explain in Chinese. It is no doubt his 10 years of experience in China enabled him to be proficient in the Chinese language. My daughter is keen on Dan’s every tutoring class, because the class is very interesting and she can learn a lot. Aside from his tutoring, he is also a good friend to us.
