Personal Description:

Hi! My name is Shawn and high school graduate with a strong passion for helping others learn. I’ve always enjoyed explaining things clearly and supporting classmates with their schoolwork—especially in English and Math, which are my strongest subjects. I’m confident working with students in a variety of areas and always aim to make learning simple, fun, and engaging.

I’m patient, friendly, and great at keeping students focused while making sure they understand what we’re working on. I know that everyone learns differently, so I adjust my teaching style to fit each student’s needs. My goal is to help students feel confident and motivated in their learning, whether they need help with homework, test prep, or building basic skills.

Tutoring Experience:

As a graduate, I’ve had plenty of experience helping classmates and younger students with their schoolwork in English, Math, and History. I regularly support friends with assignments, test prep, and explaining challenging topics by breaking them down into clear, simple steps.

I’ve also helped younger students in my family and community, especially those in elementary and middle school. These experiences have helped me become a patient and reliable tutor who makes learning easier and less stressful. I always create a positive space where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.
