I hold a degree in Physics, where I specialized in optoelectronics during my final years. This field combines principles of light and electronics, demanding a strong foundation in advanced mathematics, including calculus, algebra, and complex analysis. My studies not only deepened my understanding of physical concepts but also honed my skills in mathematical problem-solving, critical to explaining complex theories and solving real-world problems.
I have a postgraduate qualification in education, which equips me with proven strategies for effective teaching and learning. This combination of subject expertise and educational training allows me to tailor my approach to meet each student’s needs, ensuring they build both competence and confidence in maths and physics.
I enjoy outdoor activities, such as, cycling, swimming, diving and traveling.

Tutoring Approach

Learning is better when students are active participants during the tutorials. Teaching maths and physics comprehends skills and functions which are a part of everyday life. Presenting a problem and developing the skills needed to solve that problem is more motivational than teaching the skills without a context. It allows students to see a reason for learning the subjects and become more interested. I develop inspiring hands-on lessons that will capture student's imagination and breed success.
