Physics and Maths teacher with over 10 years of experiences teaching in secondary school. I have also been teaching Maths, physics, 11+ and Mandarin (native speaker) for many years. I have master degree Msc in Finance and accounting. I teach KS2, KS3, GCSE, A-level and IB and AP math and KS3, GCSE, and A-level/IB/AP physics. Mandarin lessons are for all ages. 11plus tuition for year4 and year5. I have helped many of my students to achieve the best possible grade in GCSE and A level/IB maths and physics. I also coach and prepare my students for GCSE Mandarin.

Tutoring Experience

I have been teaching maths and physics in secondary school for many years and have helped many students of all ages to reach their full potentials. Currently, teaching maths in secondary school.

Many of the students, I taught excel in their school works and find the subject is a lot easier to follow when taught at school. They all become much more confident and flourishing at school.

All my students have shown the great improvements in short period of time. Some of my students have shown 50% improvement in their performance in just one term and have been able to move up two levels. My students have also achieved the highest marks in their termly test across the whole year groups. I have been able to help the lowest set of my students to explore their full potentials. These improvements have been recognised by their schools and all of them have achieved much better grades.

Tutoring Approach

I always listen to my tutees first and assess their level of knowledge. I often use relaxed, patient and friendly approach with the younger students, as well as punctuality and dedication. I always believe that having fun is the best way of learning any subject for all ages. I appreciate that everyone is different and each individual will have their own way of learning and understanding a certain subject. Therefore, I always teach them in different ways according to their abilities and preferred learning methods.
