Wyshne

My name is Wyshne, I work as a graduate engineer in defence, having graduated with a Second Upper Class Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in Mechanical Engineering from Coventry University in July 2024. I love what I do, and I enjoy passing on my knowledge to the next generations of STEM aspirers. Outside of work, I enjoy finding new music and artists to listen to, and I casually play dodgeball during the week.

Tutoring Experience

I have tutored previously while I was studying at university, mainly volunteering in study sessions to help out students from the years below me in my course, where they went to gain very good marks in their university exams at the end of the semester. I have also tutored a few apprentices at my workplace to work towards their college exams.

Tutoring Approach

Get to know the student, allow them to tell me their concerns or troubles, and set a plan to cover the general bases and focus on the areas they are encountering issues with.
The student is in charge of the session, and I am happy to take their lead on what topics they would like to cover.
Good to know key dates such as upcoming module tests or mock tests so we can work together to get the student to a level that they are happy and comfortable with in time for their assessments.
