With a distinguished academic background, I take pride in achieving A* in both A-level Maths and Further Maths, securing average scores of 96% and 98%, respectively. Holding the esteemed first honor in Mathematics and Economics from UCL further underscores my commitment to excellence.

Since 2019, I've been passionately freelancing as a math tutor, collaborating with students of diverse abilities and specializing in preparing them for higher-tier exams across various boards, such AQA/Edexcel/CIE with a primary focus on WJEC. My teaching philosophy centers on personalized, well-organized lessons, and I make it a point to provide additional resources at the end of each session. Tutoring Experience

With over 6 years of tutoring experience and thousands of hours dedicated to teaching mathematics, I specialize in helping students achieve outstanding results in their GCSE and A-Level exams. 100% of my students who commit to a suitable number of sessions achieve a Grade 7/A or higher, and in the past year, two of my A-Level students achieved nearly full UMS marks, securing offers from prestigious universities.

One of my greatest successes was helping a student who initially scored a C in their mock exams transform their performance to achieve an A* after just six months of intensive tutoring.

I have extensive experience with a range of UK exam boards, including AQA, Edexcel, WJEC, and CIE, allowing me to tailor my lessons to meet each student’s specific syllabus requirements.

Tutoring Approach

As a tutor, my teaching approach is highly personalized to meet the unique needs of each student, ensuring they receive the targeted support required to excel. At the beginning of our journey, I work closely with students to identify their areas of focus or align with their school curriculum, tailoring lessons to their specific goals and learning style.

I adapt my lessons to either introduce new topics ahead of the school curriculum or revisit and clarify challenging areas, depending on what best suits the student. Each lesson includes clear, step-by-step explanations of key concepts, followed by worked examples to demonstrate practical application. To solidify understanding, I provide practice questions during the session and assign tailored homework to reinforce learning and build confidence.
