Hello! I am an Electrical & Electronic Engineering Student at the University of Southampton. At A-Levels I achieved A*A*A in maths, further maths and physics and I'm currently on track for a first class honours. My favourite hobbies are cooking and basketball. I have 4 years of experience tutoring at Kumon and founded the mathematics club at my school where I tutored anyone that was struggling during the lunch breaks.
My teaching approach consists of a split between content-based revision and practice questions. For the content I like to supplement my PowerPoints / Flashcards with the specification so every possible scenario for an exam is covered. My favourite part of the approach is the discussion where we talk about the topic in an open-ended manner, I believe this is where the real learning is done, and I can truly grasp the students understanding. I scrape all sorts of questions and make my own, covering all kinds of questions that can be asked within an exam.
