Both my sons were tutored by Eva in the run up to GCSEs. They enjoyed the lessons and made great progress, both achieved 8s and 9s in the exams. Very happy with her approach, one of my sons is now applying to study chemistry at university, his interest started when being tutored by Eva.
Thank you Carla, hard working boys, they were a pleasure to tutor. Eva
From Angela
Good communication from Eva - clear from the outset. Eva asked lots of questions about what we'd like her to cover. Good fee too. Thanks for all your help.
Thank you Angela. pleasure.

Eva taught my son Combined Science for one term. Unfortunately the teaching style did not suit my son, so we decided not to continue with the tuitions.
Thank you Tahzeeb. I agree . Many students with SEN do not benefit from online tuition. Wishing you all the best, Eva.
From Naeed
Excellent Tutor my daughter is very happy with Eva’s style of teaching. We have only had 2 sessions but my daughter has learned more in two lessons than she has at school in 10 lessons! Eva has kept in touch with us communicating via email and watsapp even when she was on holiday. Thank you Eva
Thank you Naeed, your daughter is a keen learner and I am sure she will meet her desired targets.

From Tee
First lesson went very well and my daughter was happy. However the second lesson covered topics that were irrelevant to what she is covering in school and related to year 9 work. I had explained that my daughter needed support for her GCSE exams next summer and that she had her mocks coming up in December. I also explained she would be sitting paper 1 for combined science and thought this was enough information for the tutor to guide my daughter and help her with the revision. Before the third lesson I received an email from Eva asking for what topics to cover and also addressed another name which was very confusing. I suggested a chat before the third lesson to ensure we were on the same page at which point Eva explained perhaps they were not suited and that my daughter would benefit from face to face tutoring or another online tutor. Face to face is impossible in the current climate. After further discussions Eva suggested she would be prepared to give it another week or so and see how things went. We agreed that I’d discuss this with my daughter and get back to Eva. I emailed Eva two days later saying that given our feedback from the first lesson, my daughter was happy to continue and I suggested a clear learning plan and revision topics but my email has not been acknowledged. The lesson is due to take place on Monday (tomorrow). I guess I was expecting the tutor to identify my daughters areas of weakness and focus on those areas when planning lessons and not for me to plan the lessons for the tutor. We also engaged with an English tutor through First tutors at the same time which seems to be going very well but I am now left in a position to find another science tutor.
Dear Tee. I am very sadden by your negative feedback on the Tutoring website, which prompted me to go trough all the trailing emails from you as they don't show as new, I was waiting for your confirmation of tonight's lesson and not response was showing from you (as this one came on as a trailing email at the back of previous email from 8th Nov.). I suggested in the past that we text each other and explained at the beginning that I do not get your details. I currently tutor a number of students and I am not in position to scan trough all trailing emails from 10 parents, some emailing me several times a day as I send them additional work (free of charge). I would have picked up your response, should you have sent it as new email or texted me to make me aware of it as least. I enjoyed working with your daughter and that was the reason why, last week I suggested we carry on. That is why I have not charged you for last week's 80 min. + lesson. During my 12 years of successful tutoring I have never asked for feedback as the improved grades of my students speak up for me. I find your feedback very unfair. I hope your daughter gets the grades she aims to get and suggest you establish better ways of communication with her new tutor. Kind regards Eva

Eva was my daughter's tutor from the start of year 10 through to GCSEs. She is excellent. She finds a way of explaining things that suits the individual, is patient and takes the time to form a constructive relationship with the person she is tutoring. As well as covering the relevant content at a very digestible level she also gave my daughter the confidence and belief she needed to do well in her science GCSEs. We feel Eva improved our daughter's GCSE results by at least 1 grade, if not 2, but it was also the other factors that we think will have helped her overall that are equally as valuable.
From Kirsty
Eva was an excellent chemistry tutor for my daughter.

One hour in , seems really switched on! Top quality
From Tatiana
Eva is very approachable, accommodating, helpful - even though Lily has had only three hours of tuition so far it is clear that Eva is making sure that Lily (my granddaughter) makes improvement in the subject tutored.

Thank you Tracy it Is a pleasure to teach your daughter.
From Heather
My daughter has just started GCSE science tuition with Eva and came home saying - 'Mum, I can understand it!' She finally feels confident that she can pass and do well.
It is a great complement to the teacher to hear that a student understands the subject. Its your daughyers determination that plays a great role here as well. Thank you.
From Viviane
