Qualified teacher of mathematics, currently teaching at a secondary school in Leicester. I am a subject specialist in mathematics and have a background in Chemical Engineering and achieved a first class honours degree from Aston University. I am an enthusiastic professional who is passionate about making maths easy and accessible to pupils.

I am a subject specialist in mathematics and have taught students aged 11 - 17 ranging from fundamentals/ foundation up to high ability/ further maths students.

Tutoring Approach

My teaching methods vary and are tailored to the needs of my students. I break down the mathematical concepts and aid students to achieve confidence and independence by providing scaffolds when necessary. My primary aim is to ensure students enjoy maths and are able to maximise their potential. I have received excellent feedback thus far, students have found my teaching approach to be enjoyable and engaging. Additionally, my colleagues have been impressed with student progression under my supervision.
