I am an experienced piano teacher and pianist.
I enjoy all kinds of music and am happy working with people of all levels of musical accomplishment, from beginners to advanced pupils.
Tutoring Experience
Besides working as a freelance I have taught at Manchester University, Manchester School of Music and given master classes at Cambridge University and the Franz Liszt Conservatoire, University of Debrecen, Hungary.
Pupils are prepared for examinations, music festivals or simply play for pleasure.
Tutoring Approach
Since lock-down I have resumed giving visiting lessons.
I have also continued to give online lessons via Skype, Zoom and Teams and, because of the sharper focus and added flexibility offered, I heartily recommend this form of tuition to all who are confident with the technology
