I am a 22-year-old undergraduate studying history and politics at the University of Cambridge. I have also studied history and politics at GCSE level and A-level. I tutor to help with university costs and, also because I have a passion for these subjects.
I have tutored history and politics at A-level and at GCSE level throughout my school years. I have also led some seminars as a student.
As a Cambridge student, I am fortunate to have weekly or fortnightly supervisions (basically one-on-one lessons) with some of the brightest minds in history and politics. This has given me first-hand experience with some great techniques for stimulating a more engaging discussion in these subjects (allowing for better learning). Furthermore, through my supervisions I am at the cutting edge of history and politics academia, giving me insights into debates and knowledge that other tutors will simply not have access to.
In short, I replicate the supervisions of Cambridge with my students, giving them the tools to achieve higher grades.
