• I teach students to the optimum zone where a task is not too easy or not too hard but just right. This approach would keep the task interesting for students and is one of the critical components in my teaching success.
• I always establish mutual respect as it brings out the best in the students in my classes.
• I break down the complex ideas in science and maths into simple, manageable chunks of information, which the student later recombines to form the original complex concepts.

• During my lessons, I facilitate students to think and use logic to understand the concepts by nudging their thinking in the right direction. This caused the student to take the learning into their hand and avoid rote learning.
• I focus more on accuracy and speed during exam time by giving them exam techniques and tips. This method would boost their confidence and brings results.
• Due to my extensive experience with subjects, concepts, and exam boards, I know where students struggle the most and what mistakes they can make. This expertise allows me to address them while I teach, eliminating the chance of them occurring in the first place.
• I also monitor students regularly and give feedback to the parent/guardian in due time.
