I have a doctorate degree in Chemical Engineering from Teesside University.
A lot of my experience has been directed to the delivery of specific disciplines in chemical and mechanical engineering at Redcar and Cleveland College and Wigan and Leigh College. In doing this I have had to gain generic skills related to the delivery of the discipline. Thus in science and engineering I feel that I have the necessary skills to deliver lectures, tutorials and seminars relevant to particular subject areas and this has roused my interest in pursuit of a professional certificate in education. I have found that my teaching and research experience have provided me with a broad view that is useful in assisting students with projects and assignments. I teach a broad range of subject area such as chemistry for chemical engineer, engineering thermodynamics, mass transfer operations, mass and energy balance, heat transfer and combustion, mechanical principles, fluid mechanics and engineering mathematics.
