I am a qualified secondary school science teacher and currently teaching in a high achieving grammar school. Prior to this ,I have taught in SEN schools too so have a wide ranging experience. I get immense satisfaction from helping students achieve their full potential and inspire them to challenge themselves to achieve the best possible outcome in terms of their grades.

Tutoring Approach

I have an active and interactive approach to my lessons with the aim of improving understanding and instilling confidence in the subject. For exam classes, there is a lot of emphasis on practicing various exam techniques and practice of exam questions as well as developing a habit of critical thinking. I have a kind and caring approach towards my students so that they immediately feel at ease and get rid of any anxiety that they feel regarding the subject.
