I am Head of Citizenship in a secondary school. I undertook a PGCE in Citizenship and have been teaching the subject over the last 12 years. My pupils have historically achieved some of the best grades within my school (in an OFSTED rated 'outstanding' school). I also have several years experience of marking Citizenship papers for an exam board.

Tutoring Experience

I have tutored several students locally over the the last six years. Tutees, parents and I have found the process to be enjoyable and rewarding with tutees ultimately pleased with their results. I am happy to deliver tutoring online or face to face.

Tutoring Approach

I look to tailor the sessions around tutees needs and wishes. We would work at a pace that is suitable and appropriate for each individual and ensures progress to achieve your goal in Citizenship. I am available via email in the periods between tutoring sessions and am happy for tutees to contact me with questions or requests.
