Stephen

Hello there,

I'm Stephen, a private tutor with a year of experience. I specialize in teaching Spanish and English at KS3 and GCSE levels, and I'm also comfortable working with primary level and SAT students.

I hold a degree in English and Spanish from the University of Liverpool and a PGCE (with QTS) in Modern Foreign Languages from Liverpool Hope University. Currently, I lead the Spanish department at a high school in Liverpool.

I'm passionate about helping students reach their full potential and take pride in creating engaging lessons. Looking forward to supporting your learning journey!

Tutoring Experience

Throughout my year abroad in Spain, I gained valuable experience working at an international private school, providing private tuition to students. Following the completion of my degree, I pursued a school direct PGCE course, honing and developing my teaching skills. Presently, I hold the position of leading the Spanish department at a high school.

Tutoring Approach

I enjoy creating engaging and interactive lessons for students, including practical uses of language where they can use it in a real-life setting. I also believe in aiming for the best results for all abilities of learners, while creating a safe environment for students to learn.
