I am an experienced Geography and Religious Studies teacher. I am passionate about supporting children through their education to improve their life chances.

Tutoring Experience

I have worked as a senior leader in Education for over 20 years and as a private tutor for 5. I have a wealth of experience and knowledge in my subject areas and am an examiner for a number of examination boards. As a qualified SENCo and Level 5 teacher for dyslexia I adapt my resources and approach to ensure that each child makes progress.

Tutoring Approach

My sessions are interactive and engaging. I approach the sessions in an informal way to build a relationship with the tutee. Using my understanding as an exam board examiner, I share a range of techniques with tutees to help them excel in their examinations.
