Currently a university law student with a long term passion for languages. Asides from this however, I am a classically trained dancer and pianist.

Modern Foreign Languages have remained a central part of my life, given their ability to unite people from all walks of life. MFL culturally connects people and offers the opportunity of immersive experiences, all unique and tailored to the given circumstance.

Through not only my teaching, but other areas of work experience and my degree, the power of language learning has never failed to foster an atmosphere of growth and community.

The only thing I could say I love more than languages themselves, is being able to share this with fellow linguists and students who wish to develop their language skill set.

With that being said, whether you are in primary school, secondary school or sitting your A-Levels, I am confident that together we can create something special. I cannot wait to work with you all!

Tutoring Approach

The first lesson will be an introductory free trial session where I take time to get to know the student as well as understand their aims for what they want to achieve out of their language sessions. In this trial session I will also be able to approximately assess the student’s level, so I can create lesson plans over the students individual level and goals. This session will be 15-20 minutes long per student.

For those who wish to develop their learning long term, I would encourage at least 1 session per week, however I am also more than happy to do one off sessions or intensives to those working towards specific deadlines (i.e. GCSE Oral Exams). There is the choice of 1 hour or 2 hour sessions.

At the end of every school half term (roughly every 6 weeks), I will issue a personalised report which will highlight the strengths of the pupil as well as areas of improvement which we will implement in the sessions the following half term.
