Over 15 years’ experience in teaching, tutoring, and running a department as well as being the Literacy Leader across several schools. Implementing assessment analysis; devising study programmes; carrying out student assessments, and providing individualised student support through either 1:1 or small group tuition. I currently tutor small groups of lower sixth students for the US university entrance exams and I tutor GCSE English Language and Literature as well as A level English. I have several local families who I have been with for several years doing after-school maths and English primary tutoring from year 2 to year 6. I recently taught ESL at a summer school for juniors and I teach adults ESL one-to-one.

After-school tutoring for schools and families
Private tutoring children & adults-Duties/Responsibilities:
➢Devised, delivered and managed programmes of study focusing on English, Writing and Critical Reading for : 11+, SATs, GCSE, IELTS, US exams and ESL.

English Expert -Duties/Responsibilities:
➢Present English GCSE or other equivalent exam board revision material to groups of 20 students at a time over a five day intensive period per course. Marking first and last day exams.

External Tutor for American University Entrance Exams,
➢Devise, deliver and manage programmes of study focusing on advanced literacy skills for US university entrance.
American Exams Coordinator-
➢Created an Exams Centre for the American University Entrance exams as well as administer the centre and manage the exam days.
