I have recently graduated from the University of brighton in BSc Mathematics with Economics (joint hours).I am a friendly and approachable person who has always enjoyed teaching. Besides this, I love reading and travelling.

Please note to have the lesson at your preference will be an additional £5 fee added on to the tuition fee to cover the travel cost.

Tutoring Experience

I have had approximately 7 years worth of experience as a tutor. I was mentoring younger students in my School where I realised I do in fact enjoy teaching more than I initially thought. It was thereafter I decided to pursue it as a career and pass on my knowledge to those who require help in the key subjects that I tutor. I then went on to work in a tuition centre based in Hounslow where I tutored children from the ages of 7-12 in Mathematics and English. Besides this I also tutored privately for family friends.I now tutor part time.

Tutoring Approach

I believe it is vital to be understanding of the tutee's needs and hence why I take an approach where I provide you with the method to complete problems, especially in Mathematics, and over time when you've dealt with a variety of problems, you use that method to complete any problem given to you. This allows you to tackle questions worded differently using the same approach. Not only will this enable you to understand the questions and answer them correctly but it will also enhance your critical thinking skills.

Primary School : Key Stage 2 SATs, 11+ and Entrance Exams to schools
Secondary School: Key Stage 3 SATs, 13+, and Entrance Exams to schools
GCSE: including both GCSE and iGCSE Mathematics, and Statistics GCSE. Edexcel, AQA and OCR exam boards all covered.
A-Level: Mathematics covered for Edexcel, AQA and OCR exam boards. Including the following modules; C1, C2, C3, C4, S1, S2, D1 and D2. Economics and Business Studies covered too. If your module isn't listed, please enquire as I may still be able to cover it.
