Shirley is excellent. She knows her stuff, and even helped me with a bit of translation for a French event that I was going to.

She is friendly and is able to quickly adjust to your level of knowledge and your particular requirements - in my case for conversational business French, building on a base of mostly forgotten 'schoolboy French'
