My ambition to become a primary school teacher began in 2017. I want to support children in achieving their best, therefore. I started working as a teaching assistant in a special school supporting children who had autism.
In 2017 started working in a school as a teaching assistant supporting children who had austism I was working as a teaching assistant for three years. In 2020, I decided to return to university to complete my PGCE and was then offered my first teaching job in 2021. I have two years experience working in year 5, however I also have experience working in year 4 and 2.
I take an immense amount of pride in supporting children to become the best version of themselves and seeing how much I have influenced their learning, I believe a great teacher is not someone who speaks at a child but includes children in their learning.
