I have 4.5 years of teaching experience in an engineering college additionally i taught for a marine engineering college in India. Currently I'm working as a TA through a consultancy. I have an experience of handling the children of all age groups. I served as Head of Mathematics department in my previous college.
Firstly, I will make sure whether the child has a basic knowledge about the topic or not. If not I will explain the basics to him and give some time to understand thoroughly.. Once he is used to the basics, I will solve one problem explaining each and every step with an extra knowledge and later i start giving him the same type of problem and tell him to solve. Accordingly, I will help in the process. this what happens in Mathematics.
