I am an experienced, enthusiastic and professional teacher of all sciences to GCSE level and physics A level. I’m passionate about my subject and getting the best from my students.

Tutoring Experience

During my teaching career I have been a head of physics and a head of science, and have been responsible for increasing the profile of science within schools and also improving results. I have also been an A level physics examiner, which has given me great insight into what is expected of students when answering exam questions.

Tutoring Approach

My sessions are always tailored to individual needs and learning styles and geared towards achieving specific goals. I expect to see improvements in my students’ understanding and confidence within a few sessions, leading to them ultimately getting the grade they want.
