My name is Sharon and I am from the UK. I have a love of travelling and have lived in Canada and the UAE. I enjoy reading, running, swimming and spending quality time with my family.
Tutoring Experience
I have been a UK qualified teacher for the past 19 years and a private tutor for 4 years. I have experience in all ages and subjects of the primary curriculum and in Maths up to GCSE.
Tutoring Approach
My main goal is to help students to develop their confidence as this is the key to a passion for learning. I love to support my students in finding solutions to problems and to ensure that they always remember that it is OK to make mistakes. Learning from our mistakes is how we build on what we know.
I enjoy using interactive games and activities to ensure our sessions are engaging.
