I am a originally from Texas. I dedicated several years of my life to study mathematics.(11+) I have a degree in math, an MSc in math and a PhD in math. I have published 2 books on the subject (available on amazon) and several peer-reviewed papers in professional journals. As you can see my passion is math and especially how we learn and teach it.
I have taught math at all levels (except primary school). I worked at Portland Place School in London where I taught years 7 to 10 and 6th-formers. I also taught in university and I have been tutoring for more than 15 years now including people studying degrees in math, engineering and masters in financial mathematics and masters in statistics.
I am very results-oriented. I try to transmit love and passion for the subject (as I have it), but also I am conscious that the student has to pass an exam. So I work with the 2 approaches in mind towards a successful grade. I also have periodic reviews with the parents.
