I am a friendly and approachable person. I develop a bond with my students and make learning biology a fun. I believe in treating each tutee as an individual and aim to tailor a programme of study according to the tutee’s individual needs.

Tutoring Experience

I have been teaching biology for more than 20 years mainly to post 16 students (AS/A level, BTEC and IB) and GCSE . Over the past 20 years I have taught biology of all UK examination boards. I have been examiner as well which helps me to give exam tips to students to achieve better grades. Many of my students have gone to study courses like medicine ,dentistry ,other health related courses or law at university. I give help as much as I can, to prepare students to secure place for their desired course at university. I can also help my tutees to prepare for interview for medicine, dentistry or pharmacy.

I believe to set an approach according to the individual tutee’s needs. In my experience every person learns things differently. Therefore I adapt the method and techniques which work best for you; this will help you to boost your confidence and knowledge and hence improve your grade.
