Sandra has been helping my daughter for the last two weeks with her maths (reasoning questions and others). She has many different techniques of teaching and has helped my daughter improve with her maths. Sandra breaks down the question so it's easy to understand.
Sandra is very professional, patient, focused and understanding.

I am taking GCSE maths again as an adult and decided to find a tutor to support me through the higher tier content. Sandra has a wonderful teaching style, she is very methodical, patient and clear.

It can feel quite daunting revisiting topics that I'd hoped were buried - never to be seen again, but I am grateful to Sandra for being encouraging and providing an environment where I can have fun with maths and make mistakes finding my way to the correct answer.

Sandra tutored my son for his GCSE’s from the age of 12.
She was so patient and understanding, especially tutoring a stroppy teenager who didn’t always want to engage but she would change her approach and really bring him out of his shell.
She was incredibly encouraging and his expected grades were the best he could possibly achieve because of her.
She challenged him with homework which he begrudgingly enjoyed and has really helped him on his academic journey. She has also been incredibly helpful with my son who, with her help and advice, discovered he was neurodiverse with quite severe dyslexia and is now receiving help as he transitions to secondary school.
She will restart his tutoring once he’s settled and is starting to tutor my daughter who is 13 in Maths and finds it difficult but with her help I know she’ll do the best she can.

Sandra has been an excellent GCSE Maths tutor for my daughter over the past two years. She is extremely kind, patient and reliable. My daughter has found her to be encouraging and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Sandra.

Sandra has been helping my daughter improve her confidence with maths before taking her GCSE’s this summer. I have listened in to some of the session and it’s been obvious that Sandra has a patient and calming approach to which Rosie is responding well. Sandra often provides praise at the end of sessions which is having a very positive effect on her confidence as well. They have stuck a very positive friendly working relationship which Rosie clearly enjoys.

In Spanish tuition Sandra has been reliable, organised and methodical. In on-line lessons I spend much of the time speaking by translating sentences into Spanish, with her correcting grammar and pronunciation. She is a careful and patient listener.
She sets homework each week, then provides answers next time so that I can self-mark and learn from any mistakes.
Currently we are using material she has pre-prepared rather than a textbook, but she is methodically building my knowledge of Spanish rather than coaching me for a particular exam.

I have had weekly Spanish lessons with Sandra for the last 9 months. I have really enjoyed her lessons and way of teaching. The lessons are very different to school - I feel I am gaining a much deeper understanding of the Spanish language. She is so patient and makes the lessons fun.

Sandra taught our son, age 8 years, several sessions a week over the summer holidays to make sure his maths and English were up to the level required for entry into year 5. I listened to parts of his lessons and liked the way in which Sandra related to him, bringing out in him a stronger belief in himself and a desire to really try. He was very excited after finishing his first lesson and enjoyed all his lessons as Sandra taught the topics in a variety of ways. He realised he was understanding more and I noticed his confidence increased.

My daughter has had tutoring with Sandra over the last year. Sandra has been amazing, working on Maths, English and now 11 plus entrance. On line seems to work really well, they can share their screens re work. Sandra is always very patient and great at explaining, she has a positive attitude which cant help but rub onto the student! Sandra has been teaching Gabrielle for 4 months now and her progress has been amazing. Having missed a year of classes, She has progressed far beyond her friends at school. Sandra has been tutoring my son Spanish for some years now having helped him originally to get through his Common Entrance Exam. Sandra is an incredibly patient and calm person and was just what both my son and I needed. Sandra helped put my son at ease before every exam whilst preparing him well with listening exercises as well as help with reading and writing and help with preparation for the oral exams. Sandra has always very flexible to fit in with my sons long school day which was always appreciated. Sandra has a very positive outlook and her presence in our home always brought a sense of calmness and positivity that was was always appreciated. Would highly recommend.

Very glad we found Sandra! My 7 year old daughter is really enjoying her weekly session with her. This is only week 4 but we have found her help beneficial - she us happier about approaching maths in the classroom and beginning to gain more confidence in this subject.

Only second session in but Sandra is able to capture and hold the attention of my boy, he is really enjoying the sessions, not seeing it as remotely "learning" or being "taught" anything, but that she is really helping him get on top of his school work and catch up with his friends

Sandra has not been tutoring my son for very long but his confidence in Maths is already growing. Sandra is very patient, encouraging and really makes him feel good about himself when he has done well. I never thought my son would actually look forward to Maths tuition!

Excellent tutor, my daughter obtained an A at GCSE in Spanish. Also very flexible and helpful
