32 years teaching experience, I now divide my time between working in a school setting, writing books and marking GCSE examinations.
I am an experienced lead examiner for both Edexcel, and AQA; my work with examination boards totals 14 years to date.
I am fortunate enough to see things from two sides of a coin, as a teacher and as someone who once wrote the questions for English Literature both nationally and internationally for many years.
