Sakib Hossain

Sakib Hossain Khan is a Ph.D. researcher at the Portsmouth Centre for Advanced Material and Manufacturing, University of Portsmouth, UK. His current research focuses on developing sustainable packaging materials for semi-structural applications and bio-based composite materials for advance engineering applications. Before embarking on his PhD, Sakib served as a Lecturer at Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology, Dhaka, Bangladesh in the Department of Mechanical and Production Engineering.
I had A in A Level Chemistry and Physics and A* in Advance Mathematics and Mathematics in A levels.

Tutoring Experience

I have teaching in the university various engineering modules like advance mathematics and mechanics for the past 3 years. I have taught A levels Chemistry and Maths for 4 years as a personal tutor.

Tutoring Approach

My approach is concept based with a focus on critical thinking . Memorization is my way of teaching and i basically make sure that the students understand the idea of solving the problem and using techniques to remember the necessary points.
