Hello! My name is Ryo Removed and I am a first year medical student studying at UCL. I studied Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Further Maths at Queen Elizabeth's Boys School for my A levels, achieving top grades and aim to provide guidance to any areas where students may struggle.

Tutoring Experience

As part of the extra-curricular enrichment at school, I have participated in teaching Elite Maths to boys in lower years, where we took part in solving challenging questions from UKMT, breaking questions down into simpler components that they understand.

Tutoring Approach

To be consistent without making the same mistakes repeatedly, it's important for the student to know and understand the question rather than getting the correct answer and moving on. Placing a greater emphasis on key words within the question as well as allowing them to understand why they struggle with certain elements of a question and resolving that, is something I aim to encourage.
