Hello all!
My name is Ryan, I'm a native French speaker who grew up living between France and the UK, and therefore have a native command of both languages. Although I quite recently graduated with a First in Economics, my passion remains in languages and more importantly teaching them, and is therefore the reason why I have chosen to continue on with this pursuit.
I have been tutoring both children and adults for the last five years, averaging at least 20 hours a week. I have extensive experience teaching both GCSE and A level syllabi for all major exam boards, including AQA, Edexcel and OCR as well as WJEC.
In addition to this, I have over the years provided French tutoring to students in a variety of other contexts, such as adult learners simply wishing to improve their language skills, or beginning to take up French entirely, as well as primary school students beginning their French language learning journey.
As a native French speaker, who has grown up between both France and the UK, i can provide a level of authenticity to my teaching not often able to be offered by those who have learned the language later in life. I will always discuss with you your aims and objectives for our sessions, and your desired outcomes, and will design sessions in accordance to this. If for example you are pursuing your French in order to achieve an A level or GCSE, my lessons will be structured in a way that optimises your exam performance in order that you may achieve the highest grade possible.
