Hello! I'm Rose. I was born and currently live in the UK, though have spent many years living overseas. I live with my husband and my son. Being in nature makes me happy and I can often be found in the woods near my home. I love spending time with my family, travelling, reading, walking and baking. Oh, and I love a good flat white! :)

Tutoring Experience

I have taught in state and independent schools, in the UK and overseas with experience teaching in person and on-line. With over ten years of experience I have taught from Reception to A Level in a range of subjects. I am Primary trained though have also spent many years teaching KS3/4/5. I have led year groups, subjects and been a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Recently I won a global award for my approach to facilitating learning in education and I am also a proud Global Schools Advocate and Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) practitioner.

Tutoring Approach

Meeting the students where they are - making learning meaningful, relevant and fun is the most important thing to me. If I can make the topic relevant, the students will automatically be invested and engaged; I have first hand experience of it leading to fantastic outcomes.
