I am enhanced DBS qualified with over 12 years of teaching experience in the UK. I have worked in the reputed secondary school in the UK. I am passionate about teaching and helping my students in learning and developing their scientific skills.
Experience of teaching new curriculum (9-1) of GCSE and IGCSE (Edexcel, AQA, OCR ,Eduqas) Mathematics and Science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) in a group and one to one lesson with an excellent result of KS3, GCSE, IGCSE, A-level, and 13+.
I am teaching online over the last five years by Microsoft team, Zoom and Google meet.

Tutoring Experience

1. I am working as a full-time tutor and teaching diverse students from grammar, private and state schools including, St Helens, St. Albans girls’ school, John Lyon, Merchant tailor, haberdashers' school, Parmiters, Watford girls, Watford boys Queens school and others.

2. Teaching 11+, 13+, GCSE, IGCSE and A-level, exam boards AQA, Edexcel and OCR, OCR MEI. I have an accurate and deep knowledge of new curriculum which help my tutees to achieve high grades in exams (please read parents reviews).

3. My lesson involves deep and thorough knowledge of my subject and relevant homework based on individual abilities, which help my student to achieve outstanding results, confidence and interest in the subject. I plan lesson which are linked with real-life examples and engaging.

4. Students take the newly learnt concepts into the school environment and start seeing the results from the very next lesson. This helps to increase their confidence and engagement in the lessons. This, as a result, increases their liking for the subject. This liking is vital to maintain their engagement, confidence and interest in Maths and Science.

Tutoring Approach

1. I have ability to change my teaching approach and method that suit individual students’ requirements.
2. I am patient and aspire to remove abstraction in Maths and Sciences through simple and real-life examples.
3. In lessons, I provide visual and interactive concepts in Maths and Science which help students to establishing their concepts, develop knowledge and build self-confidence.
4. Plenty of most recent exam practice papers (based on exam board) and techniques are used in the lesson, so that students are well prepared for exams and are confident near the exams.
5. Homework is set after every lesson related to topic, covered in the lesson as well as previously covered topic to revise and nurture knowledge and understanding.
6. I mark homework in the lesson and ask students how they obtained the answer to build their communication, understanding of topic and self-confidence.
7. I explain students’ efficient method to solve questions to manage time-pressure in the exams.
