My name is Rebecca, I am currently teaching Psychology and Sociology at A-level, I offer one-to-one intervention sessions to the students I teach, around my teaching timetable and have seen how effective these sessions can be in not only building students confidence in the subject but the impact it has on their academic ability.

I thought it would be a great opportunity to share my wealth of knowledge within Social Sciences by offering bespoke tutoring sessions to aid students through what can be a very stressful time.

I currently teach to the AQA exam board but have experience in OCR, and can access alternative exam boards and resources easily to ensure that sessions are tailored to meet the assessment and specification requirements.

Before engaging with any tutoring sessions I will do a complimentary induction. Through discussion I will assess your understanding of foundational concepts, theories and studies and comprehension across the different modules before tailoring a bespoke action plan.

Tutoring Experience

Four years experience Sociology and Psychology at an ofsted rated outstanding school. I have my QTS, PGCE and Bsc in Psychology and Criminology.
