I have two main passions in my life. My beautiful daughter and teaching.

Tutoring Experience

I qualified as a Primary and Secondary teacher in 2005. I have been teaching for 17 years, ten of which in a secondary school in Bolton. My current role is head of key stage in a large special school. Prior to my current role I was SENCo for a number of years. I currently teach SEN pupils English, humanities and technology. I have in the past taught Maths. I have experience teaching from Key Stage One up to Key Stage Five.

As well as my teaching experience, I have been an examiner for AQA and Pearson for 8 years. I have marked KS2 SATS in English reading level 6, reading level 3-5, Spag and maths. I have also marked GCSE English and design and technology.

Tutoring Approach

Over the past 17 years I have tutored a variety of subjects across all Key Stages. My tutoring approach is fun and interactive.
