A professional teacher and tutor with 10 years experience. A specialist in exam preparation, employed in both secondary and college. Qualified examiner for AQA English which has supported the improvement of students exam technique/approach, writing skills, development of reading skills and SPaG. I embody a commitment to excellence in all aspects, going above and beyond to support my students. I wish to support pupils so they can achieve their personal best. I want to continue delivering inspirational and passionate tutoring sessions so pupils acquire the necessary skills in life.

Tutoring Experience

I have gained excellent experience teaching KS3, KS4 and KS5 English courses to an array of students with multiple abilities.

I have worked in secondary schools with high achievers who have secured between 7-9 grades in English, but also I have supported those who find the English curriculum more difficult.
I have worked with GCSE Re-Sit pupils in a college environment, which means I have a depth of knowledge in how to approach the examination requirements.
