As an experienced Science teacher who has worked in a variety of school settings over the past 15 years I have a good knowledge of how to motivate and enthuse all students. I am a dedicated teacher who is always helping students to gain the grades that reflect their true potential.

Tutoring Experience

I am a very creative teacher who understands that every student is unique. I have recently taught and am familiar with all the content within the new Trilogy and Combined Science G.C.S.E courses.
My previous role as Key stage 3 Science Co-ordinator has given me the opportunity to develop various resources for the teaching of Key Stage 3 Science.
I have also mentored underachieving students which has helped me understand the difficulties of each individual pupil. I worked with students from year 2-6. I understand how important it is to engage students with scientific concepts from a very young age

Tutoring Approach

My approach to tutoring would be specific to the student that I am teaching. After an initial assessment I would be able to work on development areas for the subject to be taught.
