Tutoring Experience

I have previously provided one-to-one French language support to GCSE students whilst at college, and have aided friends and relatives taking French GCSE. I have studied French for several years, and being a student myself have a good understanding of the exam specifications, particularly AQA, plus what is expected to gain the highest marks.

Tutoring Approach

My approach to tutoring is defined by wanting to make learning French fun and engaging, so that learners can be proud of the new things they have learned how to say or write, for instance, in another language. I start by working with learners to ascertain what their strengths already are, as exploring the areas of language learning with which people are already familiar is a natural starting point from which to delve into new and more complex areas of study.
