Hello, I am a music and drama tutor with 10 years experience. I teach Saxophone, Clarinet, Singing and Drama. Whether you are wanting to do graded exams with ABRSM, Trinity, or LAMDA, or simply looking to pick up a new instrument, learn to read music, or improve your public speaking, I can provide the support needed to get the results you want.

Tutoring Experience

Whilst living in London, I taught at Jigsaw Performing Arts, running youth theatre sessions for ages 3 to 6 and 7 to 18, and successfully directed a number of their final year performances. I also taught private music lessons in singing, saxophone, clarinet and guitar, and led masterclasses with London Theatre Tours. A number of my graded music pupils achieved Distinctions. I also have experience teaching students with additional needs.

Tutoring Approach

As someone who grew up having music and drama lessons myself, I know how important it is to enjoy the subject. The more passionate about the topic the student is, the better the results. With this in mind, I aim to create a learning environment which encourages joy in the work, leading to brilliant results. I love helping people be free to express themselves and achieve their best.
