Hi! I'm Petchara, a passionate maths tutor with a strong background in science and data. I have a degree in Biological Sciences from Imperial College London and an MSc in Bioinformatics from the University of East Anglia. My main job is working for a women’s menstrual health charity, where I use data analysis to help drive positive change.
I’ve always loved how maths helps us understand the world, and I know that with the right approach, it can become much less intimidating and even enjoyable! Whether you’re preparing for exams or just looking to build confidence, I tailor my teaching to suit your learning style, making lessons supportive, engaging, and effective.
I have 5 years of tutoring experience, teaching alongside my studies.
Being a recent graduate myself, I can empathise with my tutees to create a personalised lesson based on their targets, using my own personal experience. I understand how it is like to be frustrated at not understanding a concept, so I am very patient and will use a variety of strategies to help my tutees grasp ideas.
