Very professional and understanding approach to my son and focusing on what he needs help with in preparation for his GCSE’s

Mr. Penge was first contacted to help my 11-year-old son with his English literature. On day 1, Mr. Penge did assess the boy's abilities and recommended some quick remedial measures we could take to improve the language itself and then move on to the literature part. Various language tools and techniques were suggested by Mr.Penge. They were methodically introduced to help the child. Because of this exercise, the boy's level in the second term has improved by 1 level in Language. For the literature, Mr. Penge is asked to come up with a plan & execute for the next 3 months to see the improvement.

As always, this is a shared responsibility between the child, the Tutor and the parents to get the best out of the lessons.

I have been pleased with the way it is going now and would recommend anyone to use lessons of Mr.Penge.

Mr Penge has been great with my son. He has a lot of patience. He makes my son lessons very enjoyable. So far everything is going very well.

You agreed to a Saturday afternoon time slot before I purchased your contact details, then you changed the time slot for Saturday morning which is not possible for my son. I texted you that I am trying to find an another tutor . You even replied saying that you were sorry and all the best but, next day you agreed to teach my son Saturday afternoon. You seemed good but you weren't as reliable as I thought you would be. However, thank you for time and trying to organise a session with my son.

Mr Penge is an excellent tutor. He is very punctual, patient, friendly and highly dedicated. He has deep subject knowledge and his approach to tutoring is great. I would definitely recommend this tutor.

Penge has a great passion and natural ability with English and this makes him an enthusiastic tutor. He has a solid understanding of what is required from students at GCSE level, and is good at explaining this, making lots of helpful comments in lessons.
