Hi! I am a Law teacher at an OFSTED Outstanding rated college in Merseyside with 3 years of experience teaching. I have an A Level in Law and graduated from Liverpool John Moores University in 2020 with a Law LLB degree.

Tutoring Experience

Currently teaching A Level Law in line with the OCR exam board and BTEC Law in line with the Pearson exam board at a sixth form college. I have been teaching for 3 years. I cover Criminal, Tort, Contract and Family Law. Including examiner marking of the OCR Contract Law exam papers.

Tutoring Approach

It is important to understand the individual needs of students and cater and adapt learning in a way that suits each student. This could be through more teacher led learning or a more hands on approach from the student. In addition, my approach is very much centred around the exam boards and the expectations of students from the exam boards. It is a mixture of covering and consolidating the content and using past papers to solidify students knowledge. I take particular note of examiners reports to guide students in a way that drives success in their exam results.
