Nicolie is providing exceptional support for my daughter who is dyslexic for her 11+ exams. We have set up a rigorous weekly program to gain confidence but also maintain current knowledge. So pleased we found Nicolie.

Obviously terrible experience… After the tutor who name is Nicolie had accepted my request, I had payment for get her details.we made a appointment for our first lesson .
After we had arrived her home,she talked with us for half an hour,and then gave my daughter half an hour lesson.She told me that conversation is also included in the one-hour classI . so i had to pay £75.
However, when I came home and talked with her about my daughter’ lesson that how often and what time in her home in the future. I was shocked she said that she only had one hour on Tuesday no time for the weekend.
Before I pay registration for her information, I have clearly told her that I am looking for long term personal training, and I live in far away places. If she did not have place on the weekend,she should refused to my request, but obviously she did terrible thing.I felt i was cheated, I need her to return the fee of the first class. Because we have no harvest for the half an hour , We have a feeling of being cheated that she can't has place on the weekend but she still accepted my request and let us had a payment to came her home.
I really sad that she She wasted our time and lost our money.
I looking forward to solving this trouble .

Really happy that we have found Nicolie. I have already seen a change in confidence with my son. She certainly has the measure of him… in a good way.

Nicolie was extremely prompt at responding to our initial enquiries. She is a very knowledgeable, experienced and positive tutor.
