I am a creative, patient and relatable teacher who has experience teaching a students of all ages and backgrounds. I started teaching at schools and giving private lessons. I am currently traveling and teaching, which has enhanced my teaching skills even more. I focus on building confidence as much as the work itself. I have a great range of interests from sports, cooking, arts and current affairs.

Tutoring Experience

Teaching since 2008.
Started up teaching private lessons during university. After gaining my qualifications I worked in schools and language colleges, continued with one on one, group and moved on to online teaching.

Tutoring Approach

I focus on building confidence, creating a comfortable environment and begin my trying to make the student love the subject. I want my students to feel proud and happy with their progress and use interests, current affairs, interests of the students to make the classes more relatable. I am always with a lesson plan however as I prefer a student led approach I particularly enjoy allowing the student to be flexible with what they are comfortable doing on the day. I have found that a more understanding approach has brought in much better results due to the confidence built during our classes. I set homework in a range of mediums to keep it interesting as well as educational.
