Hola!
My name is Marys and I am from Ecuador, South America. My first language is Spanish but I have lived in the UK for many years.
I have also lived in Spain so I am familiar with Castillian Spanish.
I am a very energetic person, with a love for traveling and culture and I have a special interest in the Deaf community and their language, which I have been learning for the past 4 years.

Tutoring Experience

I have experience teaching both children and adults at different levels in their learning. I enjoy helping them to develop a love for the beautiful language I speak and build up their confidence, not to be afraid to make mistakes as that is part of the learning process.

Although I have been teaching for the past 3 years I have recently taken an ELE course which has helped me to develop my teaching skills further.

Tutoring Approach

I tailor my lessons to the student so my approach with differ depending on your needs, however, I am a naturally a friendly person with a good sense of humour and transferring these qualities to my lessons helps my students feel refreshed and motivated.
