Martin was an excellent tutor for my son on the lead up to his English literature a level. Martin supported him throughout his coursework and exam revision, giving my son the needed insight, confidence and skills to achieve a better grade. I would highly recommend Martin.

Martin has really helped my daughter improve her grades and I would recommend him to others who need help with English.

Martin has been tutoring our son who is in Year 9 for around 6 months now and I have to say the progress has been extraordinary.

In his Year 7 & Year 8 school assessments, he had always been graded as developing, which is why we decided he was in need of extra help.

The Year 9 assessments have now been taken and he’s now a very strong secure, which is also being re/checked as it may even be a mastery.

We’re over the moon with the progress our son has made with Martin.

Grades aside though, Martin makes the lessons easy to understand and I know he has a clear understanding of the learning required and the aspects that need work.

Most importantly our son enjoys the lesson as he truly knows he’s benefiting and improving.

Martin is an excellent tutor who has really helped my son with his GCSE English. He really focuses on exam technique which has been key to my son’s progress.

Since the beginning of 2022 our son has been having GCSE English lessons with Martin. We conduct the sessions online and Martin brings to life each English topic expertly well. Our son has really improved his English language and literature work and we are very, very pleased how the learning path is going. Martin is very professional and high-qualified teacher. He can always help to improve a work, whether it is in terms of analysis, grammar, or clarity of explanation. Martin is approachable, reliable and always well-prepared. Moreover, if something is going wrong and you missed a lesson, he usually helps you catch up with work as fast as possible. Martin was a wonderful tutor for my son, he was endlessly patient and carefully planned material , made the difference and he got his gcse resit pass . Always punctual and flexible with his lessons .

Martin is very knowledgeable but unfortunately we couldn’t continue the tuition as there wasn’t a suitable time available for a lesson

I have been tutored by Martin over the last couple of months and I have found it very helpful due to the current lockdown situation. Martin is always on time and lessons do not end abruptly, he always makes sure I have understood everything before the lesson is over. He really cares about you as a student and is very knowledgeable in his subject. Can highly recommend him as a tutor.

Martin is such an excellent tutor! I am so grateful that I found him as Nikki's English tutor over the past weeks. He had helped Nikki a lot and improved her English grade yet she's already an A grade student. Moreover, he is very patient and professional.
