Mark Stephenson ARAM, conductor, cellist and pianist.
Mark is best known as Music Director of the 2008 Oscar winning stop frame model animation film of Prokofiev’s immortal Peter & The Wolf, with the Philharmonia Orchestra, for his commissioning work, including Eternal Light - A Requiem, by Howard Goodall OBE and his critically acclaimed recordings of music by Sir Malcom Arnold and Sir Andrzej Panufnik.

Mark has been teaching music since he was 16. He has won a number of national awards for his music teaching and music education projects.
Every child is an individual case. Mark tailors his lesson plans accordingly. His lessons aim to be inspirational, offer lots of encouragement and be fun. Helping the pupil to reach his or her full potential is always his aim.
