I have three decades of experience as a senior teacher in the independent sector teaching English Language and Literature from ages 11 - 18, Drama GCSE, Theatre Studies A level and BTEC Performing Arts.
In addition, I am an experienced examiner in GCSE English Language and Literature, English and Theatre Studies A level.
Tutoring Experience
Throughout my teaching career I have prepared students for examination at every level, from 11+ and Common Entrance through to A level and university entrance.
Much of my career has been spent working with sixth form students and I am happy to offer Oxbridge interview preparation as well as assistance with UCAS personal statements.
As a former Director of Digital Learning at a senior independent school, I have a great deal of experience in online learning.
Of the A-Level students I taught online last year, four have places at Cambridge, UCL, Warwick and Bath and the other two have places at the prestigious drama schools, RADA and Bristol Old Vic.

Whatever level you are studying at and whatever blocks to learning you perceive yourself to have, I can help you to overcome them.
My role as a tutor is to identify your strengths and weaknesses and then to design personalised learning to help you to make progress.
