Mark understood my son's needs from the first lesson. My son has dyslexia and lacks confidence in his abilities which is a huge learning obstacle for him. Mark tutored my son a few months prior to sitting his Higher Computing this year. My son liked how Mark always had something prepared for the lesson, but was also flexible to my son's needs if he wanted to go over another piece of work. My son spoke highly of Mark and he became a huge support in the lead up to the exam. He definitely helped manage stress levels.
